Privacy notice
Last updated 25 September 2026.
Paratus Works LLC, trading as Paratus, is a sole-owner business based on the South Shore, Massachusetts. This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this site.
What we collect
When you book a Walkthrough or contact us here, the form collects your name, your business name, your email address and your phone number; whatever you choose to tell us about your business; and technical details attached automatically: the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the time of submission.
Those stored web addresses can themselves carry personal information, because a link someone followed to reach us may include a name or an email address in its query string. We do not ask for that and we do not use it, but it is stored with the rest of the submission and it is deleted on the same schedule.
We do not collect payment details on this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare properly for a conversation, and to understand which parts of this site bring people here. Nothing else.
Where it goes
Your submission is stored in a database operated by Cloudflare, Inc., and the notification and confirmation emails are sent through Resend, Inc. Both companies process this information on our behalf and under our instructions.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it, or anything you tell us, to train any AI model.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become engagements are deleted 24 months after your last contact with us.
Asking us to delete it
Email hello@paratusworks.com and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm that we have. You can also ask what we hold and we will tell you.
Marketing
Submitting this form does not put you on a mailing list. If we ever start one, it will be something you choose to join.
Changes to this notice
If this changes materially, the date above changes and the previous version stays available on request.
